Once more many Thanks to all the Birthday wishes received and also the hints and tipps about the treenailing of the inner planking.

In the meantime I made tree rows of planking also on the other side, at the area where normaly the thick stuff planks are located.

But take a look at the progress report photos ......

As learnt from Karl alias @Jeronimo I am using CLOU Schnellschleifgrund

the following is showing approximately the real colour, sometimes the I-phone camera is adjusting because of the artificial light in the workshop

Hello Uwe, very great result, which is a pity and you can't do anything about it, is that part of the boards are not cut with the wood grain and so it looks a bit restless.

The wood has a very nice color now , Uwe. What a difference.
