Good morning, as Titoneri has already written, just leave it out. I didn't do it either, it just caused me problems with La Palme. As for the second question here, I have to admit that I don't really understand what you mean.

Okay, I think Dieter has determined the angle, I think it was around 60 degrees. If you want to mill it, you can use your vice from the MF70, here you can prepare at 45 degrees and sand or scratch off the rest.

A little table addition to bridge the gap between sanding paper and sanded part... just a two piece of plexiglass, glued together for thickness and two holes matching diameter of a sanding cylinder.. suction action of an attached vacuum, keeps the plexiglass very tight...
