LE ROCHEFORT - Harbour yacht from 1787 1:36 by Tobias (Monograph by ANCRE)

In the next pictures you can see a little progress. First of all I noticed that I made a mistake with the last scupper. I installed it one frame apart and not at the same height as the pumps. I tried to fix it as best I could, but you can see it.

The beams of the front deck were fitted.

The rear was paneled inside.

And last but not least, I continued with the exterior planking.

Thank you for your interest, see you soon.

Just great Tobias! I wouldn't worry about the patch - I have about 20 ROTF.
I happy to know that I’m not the only one to make mistakes! ;)
Excellent work as always!

Hello
A human error, for me Tobiasz, great work and the choice of tree was amazing. Regards, MIrek
We are all learning something new each day ..... also with such experiences
Everyone has to deal with patches at some point, but that doesn't detract from your excellent work. Saugut das Ganze.

Hi guys, thanks for the great feedback, I think we can live with these little patches. The one in the waterway is more clearly visible, the one outside almost not at all and once the battering ram is there you don't even notice it anymore. This was also the reason for the move, otherwise I probably would have left it alone.

Hello Paul, thank you for your help, although I don't think it can be the temperature. Water that boils is 100 degrees and evaporates, so the steam is also 100 degrees. But I could imagine that it is the length of time it is in the water bath or in the steam and that the steam process is gentler.
Steam can be much hotter

steam can be much much hotter than 100. If I had a much bigger pressure cooker I could use that
