I am wondering how to copy and past these into a Word doc or other format for placing in the instructions book???? Can you send it out as a pdf file for our download and printing? There is a lot of time and work here that I don't want to lose as I am a visual/reader learner and a computer...

I did not realize before, that the deck of the Bluenose had a step in the height with a visble deck beam (I hope that Bluenose and Bluenose II are in this detail similar)

It is tight against the stem post, but forgot to sand the char off first.

What would the cross section of the rudder look like? Square, rounded, round corners?

it well depends where and how you want to make a cut. Check out this image

Cross cut at about 12.
The hinges are square, so I assume that part is flat.

Good guess, but no. I couldn't find the images on-line, so hope you don't mind I show the rudder from my model.
