Now...for the good news, and I think all of the members of this forum are going to love it,
Model Expo gave me a tour of their company and I will be sharing the pictures with you guys.

But the best news is that they will be creating special promotions for the members and they will be in touch everyday to check if anyone has any questions or suggestions towards their models.

What do you think guys?

Let me introduce part of their production personnel.
First and foremost there is Marc Mosko, the owner and creator of the phrase: “We don’t invent, we replicate.”
He also promises, as we all know, that if we accidentally break or loose a part from his models, he will replace it...free of charge.
He’s also the creator of the magazine “Ships and Scale.” Maybe some of you still have those magazines laying around like I do.

I will post his photo soon.

Believe or not this is the preparation to finish an order of their famous 1:64 US Brig SYRENE, designed by Chuck Passaro.
I have never seen so many models of the same kind together.
The packing section is handled by very skillfully ladies with many years of experience .

I think this is excellent news! Please invite them to join the SOS so they can show us their products and share the news and promotions.

Now for the shipping department you have Edwin Quero.
This guy knows where to find the smallest piece for any model in the entire shop.
The last picture below with all those boxes are just the ones to be shipped before noon.
He still had four more hours that day to ship more orders.
Amazing.

Their latest addition to the business is to open a “Walk In Store” where you can buy all kinds of models from states that Marc has acquired.
For now it will be open only on Saturdays.B6933DFF-022A-4DE4-ADB9-C0CC46C8666B.jpeg42672B36-F60B-42FB-9B05-ED17DBB3C2B0.jpeg84BFE104-F7B8-4A0A-A010-875F6F91C127.jpegADEFD718-66D8-476C-95CE-1B9F679EDB07.jpeg8B7200A8-7D57-443B-A150-347868F5ADE9.jpeg76F23964-6948-44E7-ADA9-916DB317D73A.jpeg
So if you live in Miami, you are lucky, and I say this because all models will be sold by the ounce, yes....they weigh the model and if it weighs 30 ounces, you’ll pay $30.00,.
So, try to slip away from the wife and pay them a visit.
Once you come home with the new model, you can tell her: “But honey, I bought it for less than half price”.
