I received over 40 emails every day.
To answer them all it takes me sometimes two days and by that time my box is full again, but you can be sure that I take care of all of the customers requests and complaints.
Why don’t you give me your order number starting with #AB-……, and tomorrow I will
personally check where is your package.

I checked your order and just like you, the shipper tells me that we send it out on August 17th but it doesn’t say where it is.
So base on that information I created a new order with all the materials you requested and it will be sent to you today.
That will take care of your problem.

I placed an order from Model Expo ( a SOS advertiser), on 8/11/2021, for $101.65. Got an e-mail on 8/17 saying the order was shipped and a tracking number.
As of 9/8/2021 I had not received the package, but my credit card was billed. UPS tracking just said "Label created" and "pickup scan", both dated 8/17, with no further information available.
I used Model Expo's on line contact form to place a request for information on this order. On 9/8 I received an automated reply form stating that "I will check and advise you".
I have heard nothing further.
Today, I tried calling them at 800-222-3876, which went directly to a mailbox with a message that says the mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages.

Has anyone else had an issue? Is there another way to contact them? I've never had this issue with them in the past.

Another company (I'll not name it here) I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Geesh, what a pain.
 
I have worked with model expo over last 15 years . now they are my last resort. Cornwall models UK make model expo look like JOKE !!!!!!!
 
I have made several parchases from Model Expo either directly or through Amazon and all have been successful. I am so close to them, that once I picked up a kit at their offices. But when USPS is involved…..unfortunately the combination of online payments and budget cutbacks has, lamentably, impacted their business and efficiency.

Patience is the current name of the game,unfortunately USPS reliability is not what it used to be.
 
Model Expo has for me any time I called or had a problem with shipping always took care of it Right Now.
Keep calling.

I forgot who posted this drawing and several Potos. The first two are yours. The last three are of the one I made from your drawing. I used Liquid rubber mold making kit to cover the areas the models will touch.

If you are that loaded up with too much work, then I would gently offer that you hire more staff to handle the increased orders.
