Today I made a fence on the quarterdeck and finally made a gunwale for the bow. For a long time I could not decide on its width.

The gunwale in the nose is not fixed yet. Perhaps I will, like on the transverse, embed bitengi into it. Still in thought. Construction continues

Now I have painting decor. I began to mock my eyesight and decided not to paint like on the original. All decor will be in the color of gold. First, I blackened the metal (you can see it in the first photo), then covered it with a hard brush with almost dry paint. it will look like the picture

Good morning Sash. I have never seen this painting method before. As Paul said it adds depth to the flat gold and is really good. I will try this on the decorations on my Cazador when I get there. Thanks. Cheers Grant
