I glued the upper wall in place…
I also added supports behind each wall, that way when I fair the frames, I don’t have to worry about a wall coming loose.

Then me and my granddaughter went to the mailbox…she drove her car on the sidewalk.
Then we swept the decks…
With that done, it was time for food. So not a lot of ship building, but time well spent all the same!

. I often wonder how much downtime I have incurred looking for a tool or other....the Admiral helps once in a while when she orders a shipyard tidy.

Wasn't gonna say anything about that, but now that you mention it...A pink one!
Since the upper wall was glued on, it was time to fair the upper deck beams and wall. Then I glued, nailed and clamped the upper deck on.
While that was drying, I carved one of the two coat of arms that go on the upper front wall.

I glued on the first coat of arms on the upper wall. One more to go! Then I’m planking the final deck.
Nice progress, Dean. It gives more and more depth, with the back wall and door under this upper floor. And the lower floor through the holes.
