POF L'Amarante Corvette de 12 canons 1744 1:36 (Ancre Monograph- Gérard Delacroix) By Shota

Piękne detale które tworzą dusze statku Shoto. Pozdrawiam Mirek
Dziękuję bardzo, drogi przyjacielu Mirek, za miłe słowa. Wkładam duszę w modele, które buduję. Myślę, że tak samo postępują wszyscy modelarze, którzy postrzegają je jako dzieło sztuki.

Thank you very much my dear friend Mirek for the kind words, I do indeed put my soul into the models I build. I think that is how all model builders who see it as a work of art do.

Good evening my dear ffriends
in the past two weeks I have been continuing to prepare the various parts that make up the decks in the forward part of the ship and at the bow.
I have prepared the deck floors and the lower wall bulkhead .
as well as the part to which the forward mast will be anchored at the bow (you are welcome to remind me of the exact name) and more parts in the decks
The parts do not yet include the metal parts and nails, because the shipment of the nails with the special head is still on its way to my country from Europe and the USA.
wish us all a happy and pleasant weekend

Nice detailed work on the planking, mast support and bitts, Shota.
Regards, Peter

Good evening dear friends
In Last week I worked on preparing the crossbeams that support the upper and front decks at the bow of the ship.
This time I decided to combine local pear wood alongside the European pear. The local pear wood has a brown shade close to chestnut.

most of the milling work was done on the Proxxon MF70, since I haven't yet learned to work with the 4-axis CNC, it takes time to become proficient.

I would also like to update that the first type of special nail (round head with a square nut at the end) came from the company Kedda. I liked the quality.20251112_190604.jpg20251112_190519.jpg

Now I am waiting for the second type that was ordered from a site in France with the help of a member of the forum.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the pictures, I wish us all a pleasant and enjoyable weekend

My Dear friends
I'm ask for your help in guiding me on a part that I cannot understand the dimensions and the correct way to prepare.
I am trying to understand how to make the brackets of the beams. "Beam arms.
I am attaching pictures from the impressive model of our friend Richie, that made the supporting the upper deck in the bow.
In the ancre drawings, this part of the side/side has a different size.

I would appreciate it if you could teach/guide me how to build it correctly.
I measured and there is a 2.5 mm gap between the two pictures of the part on the wall of frame number 4-5.
Did I need to do it from a long block of wood and cut/mill it with a milling cutter like on the sides of a gun carriage. Any information would help me a lot.
Many thanks Shota
