Hi everyone, I have finished with the channels, dead eyes and chain. Gun port covers done. I used kit supplied hinges just inserted into the hull. At this scale it was difficult to make the covers look not to out of place. Ships boats are Complete, the small one was a pain but a fun little project. The ship is pretty much complete, now on to the fun stuff rigging.
I’m currently in negotiations with the Admiral about rigging, even at this scale it’s a large ship. I think we’ve come to terms, Hope to start after the holiday. I have been looking at all the great build logs for help as it’s been a good 15 years since I have done any rigging. I’m watching you @Le Capitaine doing a fine job just ahead of me in your build, may hit you up with some questions. Thanks for all the support as the build goes on.

Here is a little update for the last time this year and this decade. Wow we’re did it go.
I started with the bowsprit. Working off the model made things a little easier. The shrouds and rat lines were slow going. The line doesn’t seem to knot well, it will not stay tight.
