L´Amarante 1:36 POF

I use French cotton threads, which are pre-waxed according to the manufacturer, so the resulting cord is not as hairy as when using other classic cotton threads.
Thank you very much for the quick response, it is very much appreciated.

Very precise, every time I see your updates my fingers itch to continue working on La Palme. Unfortunately my time is very limited at the moment and I enjoy following Shota and your protocol.

Lately I have been thinking about a CNC milling machine and I think I will buy one at the end of the year.

Your build is looking great! Question for you. There are many original contracts for British ships at Royal Museum Greenwich and The National Archives, in Kew, England and I have downloaded about two dozen for various years and ship sizes as they are extremely useful for finding accurate scantlings. Do you know if there are similar contracts available for French ships (or Spanish or Danish, etc. etc?)
Thanks
Allan

Hi AllanKP69,
I apologize for the delay in my reply. Unfortunately, I may disappoint you, but I do not have any of the information you requested. I know that such information and documents are hard to find, so I prefer to build my models according to the more or less perfect Ancre production materials.
I continue with the deck beams in the front lower part of the hull. These deck beams will be attached to the inner planking on one side, on the other side, where the frames are cut out, the ends of the deck beams will be in the air, which somewhat complicates their installation. I made an auxiliary fixture for this purpose.
