Use a super sharp razor knife or coping saw to cut just outside the line, then sand with a rough grit sanding block gently along the edge, not perpendicular to it or *SNAP!*, until you reach the pencil line. A power sanding tool may be used if you have very steady hands and you are careful. Hand sanding the final passes is safest.What is the best way to cut the profile out?

Good morning Rob- good save! Agreed with Paul this is repairable. Cheers GrantDarn. I really did something wrong. I stood the ship upright and measured the gunports. I was planning on keeping all the gun doors shut. So, I'll correct the port side holes.
