There's a lot of work in all those tiny details!
If you allow me; is there a rationale behind the different door types (panels vs planks) and hinge types (pivotpin, short hinge blades, long hinge blades)?

First I would like to thank you for your thorough review and questions.
The difference in the types of doors is due to their purpose, for the warehouses I decided to leave the less designed doors and what the kit provides from longitudinal panels.
I upgraded the doors in the partitions and the living/sleeping rooms to designed/carved doors. The kit also provided them with a blueprint of a molded/carved socket.
Regarding the questions in the last picture, the left door I allowed the tiny flaw in the milling to remain authentic and I have not yet finished shortening the hinge straps on the left door.

Today I started working on the last bulkhead leading to the bread room in the ship as well as on the two walls that connect it to the bulkhead in front of it and create sleeping quarters for the officers' staff.
I apply glue between the cross beams of the bulkhead and the walls, connect the support beams to the bulkhead and also make completely new doors, which still require milling of the decorative ornamentation in mf70.
I'm trying to do the work with patience and attention to detail.
After I will finish the preparation of the three bulkhead and the walls between them that make the rooms,
I will start the dry fitting in the ship itself, and I will also try to make the interior furniture as our friend Maarten did in an inspiring way.

I am happy to inform you that this evening I advanced another step in the creation process of the last rear bulkhead in the lower deck area, and the doors of the walls of the rooms. Thanks to this, I can produce a dry-installed all three bulkheads, all the walls of the rooms and warehouses.
I admit that although I have not yet made all the necessary adjustments between all the parts and the hull of the ship, but the complete "picture" of the deck in all its parts. It gives me a spirit in the sails of creating the model. The grinding/sanding stone was used to smooth the surface of the milling area.

Tonight I started the permanent gluing of the accommodation bulkhead with the 2 store rooms, the dry provision store and the gunners store. Above the bulkhead I installed the beam on which the upper deck of the ship will be placed in the future.

One question on the small doors on last set of bulkheads, the doors with angled bottom edges.
If the door was hinged on the shorter outside edge of door, in a ships bottom the door would not open far as the longer side would hit structure before opening even half way.
I would think the door would be hinged on the long side so the door can swing open with a better chance of full opening of the doorway.

After about 10 days in which I did not work on the model, partly also because I did not feel well and was busy at work, I sat down to work today.
we have a long 4-day holiday because Passover.
I continued today with the installations of the bulkhead and the additional rooms, including the officer's whose walls were painted turquoise.
I'll let you get an impression of the results. After installations of the three bulkhead and the rooms, I will add furniture.
wish you all Pleasant Passover and Easter as well as Ramadan Kareem for the Muslims who are fasting.

This is of course an intermediate result in the lower deck area, but it gives me the satisfaction of having a long and enjoyable "ant work" as it develops.
One of the challenges for me was maintaining balance/alignment in the distances and angles between the bulkhead and the additional rooms as well as a continuous rising height of the beams that will support the upper deck. Another challenge was adjusting the edges of the partitions to the changing walls of the ship.
I'll let the pictures speak for themselves
