Thanks Grant , yes a stunning environment we are blessed with 32 km north of Sydney CBD with our view of Scotland Island (water access only) in Pittwater
The Channels for the masts in place , the masts are cut to correct length to make sure the angle of the chain plates and shrouds are correct when attaching a corresponding temporary shroud or length of thread in this case , also I added a Pinnace as a personal touch , not secured or lashed at present , hope you like it !
Fixing chain plates Port Side , but so far so good , I like the details on this model , LOL hides the imperfections !!

Good morning Robert. Looking good! I agree with you- I have been impressed with the Amati HMS Fly builds I have seen. It would appear that Amati got a lot right with this kit. Your detail is awesome.Cheers Grant
Thanks Grant , the plans are very good as are the instructions , needless to say I follow other ‘Fly‘builders as well to get ideas for improvement , some are more elaborate with colours , I like the colour scheme simple , the pinnace is additional , Cheers Rob
Thanks Mark , the kit is tight with the supply of brass parts for the chain plates I noticed and will have to make some adjustments , they are tiny and sometimes get lost in the process , diminishing eyesight doesn’t help either ( perhaps a need for a new pair of glasses )Looking very good Robert

visited the Australian Maritime Museum in Sydney and took some reference pics of the HMS Endeavour
