That is exactly what I mean, laser etshing is perfect for some parts but most of the modern kits are supplied with laser etsching for parts where it is not suitable for but being a cheap replacement.As far as all laser etched parts supplied in modern kits go, they don’t look much real due to their two dimensional nature. I would not like using them in my builds. This is only my personal opinion of course.
