Not sure what this supposed to represent...

These are not quite good quality so I will see what to do with them when arrive to that stage..

View attachment 504606

Barrels and buckets are surprisingly well done..

View attachment 504605

Cannons will need some cleanup and colouring before transferred to the ship.. Level of details appears to be adequate..

Removing keel parts..

All laser cut parts are easily removed with exception of this one which needs a bit more careful work as laser did not go thru the whole board.

All parts removed from frames and corresponding numbers marked on opposite sides.

Ok, so it is time to start this work by assembling the keel, making sure it is straight. Two keel parts are coming tight nicely, after removing laser burns on both ends with just a small mis-alignment on top:

Extra plywood part was added on keel connection..

.. and keel was left overnight.

Happy modelling..

Kit parts arrived very well packed in a big and heavy box, with a missing "t" in its name.
There will be a bit of a kit bashing process, since some of items included are not quite of a good quality, but can be used if needed. Kit has very similar appearance as some other vendor' product of the same ship but this can just be a coincident.. First impression, it appears to be a worthwhile building adventure.

A short history of the ship is presented on the side, with missing "t"..

While opening box, I noticed very nicely packed and protected parts, all in two individual boxes, one containing all planking material and yards, second all other hull related items.

View attachment 504589

Smaller box has planking boards (this is double planking model), sails material and yards..

Some rubber bands were broken but other than that, all is well packed and protected. White styrofoam was all over the place, preventing unnecessary maneuverability of items in the boxes.

Basic installation instructions, with some pictures might provide some guidances but I believe, a bit more research with be needed. There are few other build logs on SOS, expecting no mayor issues working on this model.

French insignia, unfortunately printed only on one side will needs to be separately made, using included in the kit as an example.

There are 4 plans in this kit, not sure if they are detailed enough but will find out during assembly process.

View attachment 504590

Small pieces are well packed..

View attachment 504586

Wood apparently of a nice quality..

View attachment 504585

Hull parts are made of plywood, laser cut..

This is a big ship/kit...

View attachment 504579

The main mast will need some work as it appears to be a bit twisted..

Happy modelling..
Dear friend, you are unaware, then you have no guilt, but this guy is a pirate copy from ZHL, although in a different scale, of Corel's Mystique SM 21.
