That is good to know, thank you. I'm in the process of learning how to use an airbrush, it's a skill I have not mastered yet. WE shall see how that goes!I airbrushed once with black acrylic paint, then carefully sanded and sprayed with light brown paint... Done
I use Tamiya paints but think it will work with many other brands.
MY Box #21 has two sizes of wire, box #24 has only one size of wire. Check your box #24, it looks like the wire from box #21 is in there. According to my kit contents are are three coils of wire in total.I just received my kit today and noticed that box 21 has nothing in it. There isn't a list of parts in my kit, so I was wondering if this is correct - did yours have something there, or is it supposed to be empty?

Cannons and carriages look great Pathfinder.
Thanks for the quick reply. I only have 2 coils of wire. One is .5mm in diameter and the other is 1.15mm. Can you tell me which size wire I am missing if you get a chance please? If this is all that's missing (I hope) at least I can easily replace it without bothering Pavel. Thanks. Really good shipping box, and only 2 weeks shipping from Kiev to West coast of Canada!MY Box #21 has two sizes of wire, box #24 has only one size of wire. Good morning Jan. Whew took me a while to catch up a few days post. These gratings are just out of this world. So cool!A minor update. I worked a bit on what Pavel calls the "Latrine Grate". His you tube video #38 (Latrine Grate)
Once again note the "NO GLUE" symbol on build plan #113.

Thanks for the compliment. Ah yes there was a time when Grants Victory had photos in the kitchen. Did not last long tho as the Admiral pulled serious rank on me .A bit of humor this morning.
After looking at Grants very impressive Victory display I thought I would share this one.

Our kitchen is being painted and the Admiral was chatting with the painters about my hobby. So I had to bring the Galleon down from my shipyard for an informal show and tell.
This may be the start of having the finished Galleon displayed on the kitchen table. (I think Grant tried that ).
Yup, I'm having a good time with this build. I've gone ahead and done a few of the odd assemblies while waiting for a opportunity to work on fairing the hull. Would you believe it's 57F/14C at noon here today. Not bad for a February day in Maine. Last Friday we were looking at -24 to -30F wind chill temperatures. Thanks for the compliment. The skeleton of Pavel’s ship is the best of any model I have seen and that is an outstanding photograph. You must be enjoying playing with this build.
Thanks for the information. Looks like I'm missing the larger coil of the 1.2mm wire. Appreciate the help.
No need to thank us - I appreciate the chance to learn from you before I start the build. You responding to questions is also really helpful. Thanks to you.I've forgotten my manors. I want to thank all of you who are following my humble efforts to assemble this "Beast". It's a slow process but I'm determined to get it right the first time. So Thank you
Thank you for that. I just bumble along and have a good time building this kit.No need to thank us - I appreciate the chance to learn from you before I start the build. You responding to questions is also really helpful. Thanks to you.
