A few pictures of how I build the frames. From sticking on the paper copy to the finished frame. Tools used are a scroll saw, disc sander, spindle sander and a small router. First I copy the plans and roughly cut out the frame, then I straighten out the scraps of paper and fix them. Now it's on to sawing and then I'll grind them. Small milling work on the bottom wood for the keel. Then everything is glued and each half is sanded flat. Now I pre-grind the halves on the spindle grinder and can glue them after deburring the edges again. Then I clamp it tightly together and after a drying time it can be sanded again with the spindle sander.

Many thanks to Adi, Mr. Bean, Paulus Bill and Uwe for your great words, also thanks to everyone else who has diligently liked, dear friends. This is definitely encouraging. There will be pictures again when all frames are built, I don't want to bore you.

Greetings Tobi

I wish everyone a nice good evening, what's new? Well, frames are being built, so nothing exciting. ROTF
However, it is in the final sprint 9 are still ahead of me, but I probably won't be able to finish them before my vacation. Today our little mouse visited me in the workshop and looked at my frames with great interest.

Hmm. I wonder if my master will notice if I took just one to play with?

Hello Bill, I am happy if you want to use my protocol as a model, but I would like to warn you that I am an absolute newbie in POF construction. I orient myself to @Giampy65, I can only recommend that. Yes, our Raja is a young Rhodesian Ridgeback and will be 4 months old tomorrow.
