I guess the keelson visible in the lowest photo is not fixed, or? Otherwise it will hinder you during the final sanding......

Hello Uwe,
you see that correctly, the Kilson is not attached. The reason the kilson is in the picture is this: every frame has to be set up and every key between the keel and the kilson has to be adjusted, i.e. with every frame I add I take out the kilson and adjust everything. Very tedious but necessary to achieve a reasonably good result.
