Hi Brian077.It is perfect. I know. I would like to scratch build.Did you see the Shapeways 3D resin skylights made for H.M.S Victory ?

hi brian - do you have a link for that ?Did you see the Shapeways 3D resin skylights made for H.M.S Victory ? They are superb.
Hi all, I understood I need straight firm wood sheets for building my skylight at 1:90 scale. I had not pleasant experience with buying 0.75 mm mahogany sheet. It was not straight (curved) and not firm. I still have it but it is not usable for my modelling. Can you please advise what wood type I need and where to get it from? My understanding is this wood sheet should be about 0.5 mm thickness and absolutely flat and firm so I can use jewellers jig saw working on very small size pieces (as 17mm x 8 mm)
ZHL ... China... That'll take 3 or more weeks... maybe YT is that patient? Can it be 1 mm thick ?
I just got very nice and perfectly flat 1 mm x 60mm x500 mm Pear and black Walnut wood from ZHL MODEL .
