POF L'Amarante Corvette de 12 canons 1744 1:36 (Ancre Monograph- Gérard Delacroix) By Shota

Phew, scary moment taking apart that piece of the vulnerable stern construction. But as it looks You managed to separate it without breaking something else :D
I fully agree with you my dear friend it's very difficult work, as you can see the work is progressing tthanks your and the other good friends :)Thumbsup

Hello dear my friends
After quite a few hours of work, I reassembled the rear front of the stern, and in the framework of this I balanced and synchronized as symmetrically as possible all the components of the stern.
I know that I still have several spots that require cleaning from glue residue and wood shavings, this work will be completed in the coming days. It seems to me that after that I will take a few weeks off from working on the ship's hull and refresh myself by working on decorations and ornaments of the ship and thus refresh my wood carving skills.
In the meantime, I wish everyone a pleasant weekend and a good and blessed week to all of us

Hello Shota, I'm catching up once again and enjoying your commentaries. Great work with your laser burner on those delicate window frames and mullions.

good evening my dear friends
in the last week I focused on the preparation of the first planks, and the black planking at the stern.
The decoration of the upper panel at the stern is different than that of the main panel which is placed along the entire length of the ship and below the black panel.
I used boxwood as well as ebony.
At the end of this step I applied a fine layer of natural dong.
after the glued panels give the required reinforcement to the bow of the ship and stabilize the contours, I will proceed to prepare carved and decorative parts, a little refreshing in the process.

good night to all of us :)

Good morning Shota. Way to go. I love the wood contract and the pattern you scraped into the box wood. Cheers Grant
