the Colonial Schooner Hannah in 1/48 [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello dear friends
Today I continued the process of preparing the Frames.
first I glued the drawings on the wooden boards that have been prepared in recent days with rubber cement. 20200819_205830.jpg then I started sawing the boards along the line of the drawing, Total 10 Frames. 20200819_205826.jpg20200819_221632.jpg
I have more to sand on all sides,
hope to finish over the coming weekend.
Go to bed little bit tired, but satisfied with the progress. :)

My Dear good friends
Today I finished the process of preparing the Frames. Most of the work focused on sanding and smoothing the Frames.
The last small action that remains is the groove at the bottom of the frame and which is inserted on the keel.
I can say that I learned another area in the process of creating a ship model from Scratch, a serial production of the Frames.
I'm attaching a pictures that documenting the process and the result , that to my opinion are quite good for you first time.
I even attaching comparative picture of The first frame b, that I made and came out with reasonable quality, hope the new one improved the situation and brought the required result to continue the process.
Wishing us all a fun and relaxing weekend20200821_132414.jpg20200821_144001.jpg20200821_153613.jpg20200821_153638.jpg20200821_153817.jpg20200821_153447.jpg20200821_153439.jpg20200821_153156.jpg

Hello dear friends
Tonight I sat down and continued to produce various parts that would assemble the following Frames in the process of building the ship’s skeleton.
I will not go into too much detail because I have already expanded on the process in previous posts.
Attaches a single image that summarizes the process and result including the much dirt and sawdust.
good night & wish to all of us a blessed week

I am curious how accurate your Proxxon DH30 is from your first dialed in setting to start with and if you had to make some adjustments for your desired thickness. In shooting we would call that using Kentucky Windage which is a bad excuse for an improperly mounted and zeroed scope or red dot. ????? I have that problem with their FET table saw and don't like to waste wood with trials. PT-2

I use a Prooxon Dh 40, I'm very pleased with the device and its level of accuracy. The full technical details can be found on the company's website as well as in the blog I opened before the purchase last May
